I ordered my usual size from Referee Store, but it ended up being way tighter than I expected. The size chart didn’t really help, or maybe it’s just not accurate. The quality seemed fine, but I had to return it, which was frustrating. On top of that, I had to wait in a queue to get the return sorted, which made the whole thing even more annoying. I might order again, but definitely only if I size up next time

I was trying to pick out some referee gear , but the product descriptions felt thin . There was not enough info about sizing or materials , so I ended up giving up and looking elsewhere .

I really wanted this to work better, but it was barely loud enough and I had to blow so hard just to get any decent sound out of it that it got frustrating fast, especially when I expected something simple and easy to use.

The gear I ordered ended up being perfectly fine once it arrived, but the delivery was late twice and the tracking barely updated along the way. My brother even asked if it had gotten lost because it just seemed stuck for days. I had to email them to get any real information about where it was. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either...

I ordered a referee shirt and a set of flags from Referee Store, and umm, I was a little nervous it might turn out to be cheap knockoff stuff.

But everything showed up with the proper tags, and the shirt felt just like the ones other refs in my league wear. The stitching looked clean, and the badges seemed right too.
Shipping was fine overall. The box was a little banged up when it arrived, but the items inside were totally fine, so no real complaints.

I had an issue with my order and ended up contacting Referee Store a few times about it. What bothered me most was the little stuff, like having to repeat the same order details and explain the same problem again even though I’d already written it out clearly. The replies took a while, and when they finally came, it felt like they were skimming my messages rather than actually reading them. In the end, the problem still wasn’t properly fixed, and I just got tired of chasing it. Frustrating overall, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

The staff did try to help and they knew some things, but a few of their answers felt kind of unsure. What bothered me more was that some of the wording was misleading, so I expected clearer information than what I actually got. Overall, not terrible, but definitely a bit frustrating.

Kinda annoying that they don’t take PayPal. I was ready to check out, then realized I had to use something else, which just made the whole thing more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I ordered because it looked like the item was in stock, but then I got a message saying it was actually backordered. After that, I didn’t get any real updates unless I reached out first, which was super annoying. I ended up waiting way too long and just cancelled the order

The selection was tiny, honestly. I looked around for what I needed, but there just wasn’t much there to work with. Kind of a waste of time because I couldn’t find the thing I came in for.

Tried the codes and they worked. Savings were small, but hey, still saved a bit

The search worked fine and the menus were simple enough to figure out, but I kind of wish the filters had been easier to use. They felt a bit clunky at times, and I regretted spending extra time trying to narrow things down when it should’ve been quicker...

It took forever for my order to arrive, and it was really frustrating. I get that delays can happen, but an apology or some kind of update would’ve gone a long way.

I’ve used it for a few games in the rain and, it still looks fine. The stitching could be a little stronger, though... but overall, it’s been holding up okay so far.

This gear felt really cheap right out of the box, and it fell apart waaay faster than I expected. I barely got any use out of it before it started breaking down. Frustrating

Not gonna lie, these ref shoes from refereestore were just okay for me. They arrived without any issues, so no complaints there. The first few games, they felt stiff and rubbed my heel a bit, which was annoying. After wearing them more, they did loosen up and got more tolerable, but I still wouldn’t call them super comfortable. They’re fine for shorter matches, but if you’re going to be on your feet all day, I’d probably look for something with more cushioning

I’m still waiting for someone to actually help me, and it’s getting really frustrating. I’ve reached out and haven’t gotten any real answers or support. If this doesn’t get sorted out soon, I’m probably going to have to take my business somewhere else.

I actually had a decent experience using the site, which was a relief because I always seem to end up on websites that make things harder than they need to be. This one was easy to get around, the categories made sense, and checkout didn’t leave me feeling lost like it sometimes does elsewhere. A few pages loaded a little slowly for me, which of course made me wonder if it was going to turn into a whole annoying thing, but thankfully it wasn’t too bad. Overall, it worked well and I’d probably use it again.

The box showed up completely crushed, and when I opened it, everything inside looked like it had just been tossed in with hardly any care. How does this even happen?? Disappointing overall.
